Charlie Sheen -- Marriage in Limbo

4/23/2010 4:38 PM PDT by TMZ Staff   Charlie Sheen's marriage to Brooke Mueller is on life support, but Brooke has not decided to move out of the house or end the marriage ... at least not yet.

"Brooke is absolutely frickin' ballistic that he is seeing this hooker while she is working on the marriage," a source very, very close to the situation tells TMZ.

Photos surfaced last week of Charlie wearing a disguise and allegedly leaving a high-end hooker's apartment, something Charlie's rep denies. 

Several magazines are reporting that Brooke has moved out of the house and the couple is splitting, but we're told that hasn't happened. One source says, "Brooke's stuff is still at the house.  She spent the last two days living at a spa, but she hasn't moved out and she hasn't split with Charlie."

The source adds, "She's absolutely crazed that her children's father would shave his head, put on a disguise, wearing pajama bottoms and come out of a hooker's house so that some day his children will see this."

Brooke is telling people, "I've had it" -- but we're told she had not decided to leave Charlie. They are still talking and texting multiple times a day.

Charlie Sheen's Ex Brooke Mueller Goes Back to Rehab

Charlie Sheen's estranged wife Brooke Mueller has checked into rehab after a string of bizarre behavior last week.

TMZ is reporting that sources are telling them Mueller has entered rehab after a week of possible drug binging.

On Friday it was reported that Mueller had refused to do a drug test even though it was required under the terms of her custody settlement with Sheen.

Its being reported that the 33-year-old actress entered rehab as a precautionary step should Sheen's lawyers bring up the drug test issue in court.
Currently Mueller has the custody of the couple's twin boys, Max and Bob. The twins were forcibly removed from Sheen's house last month after a judge gave instructions that the children be returned to Mueller.

This would be the second time Mueller has entered rehab, she had previously checked into rehab in 2010 for alleged drug and alcohol abuse issues.

Mueller was caught on camera last week trying to pawn a pricey watch and stereo equipment in a desperate attempt to get some quick cash.

There have been concerns by some of Mueller's friends that she is using drugs again because of her alleged calls to friends for clean urine and her recent cash concerns, despite the hefty $55,000 she receives from Sheen each month.

Just add air and this neurotic nutjob will show you his two and a half personalities, warlock, fangs, fire-breathing fists and Adonis DNA. Don't be a foolish little troll, experience the bitchin' drug they call Charlie and let him rock your world!"

Holy hell on earth, we seriously have no words. Has hell frozen over yet?

Charlie Sheen Won't Be Returning to 'Two and a Half Men'

It appears the only world in which Charlie Sheen will return to his hit series 'Two and a Half Men' is his own head.

Lawyers for Warner Bros. TV, defendants in Sheen's $100-million-dollar lawsuit to get his job back, sent a letter today saying that the statements Sheen made to a Boston radio station earlier this week hinting he'd be back are completely untrue.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the letter read, "As you know, there have been no discussions, there are no discussions, and there will be no discussions, regarding his returning to or having any involvement in the series."

Sheen's lawyer has responded to the accusation, saying Warner Bros. is the one lying.
"That's ridiculous," Sheen's lawyer, Marty Singer, told THR, "There absolutely have been discussions. As late as this Tuesday there have been discussions about Charlie coming back and everyone was involved."

Sheen didn't explicitly say he would return in the radio interview, but the implication was clear. "There've been discussions, but I was asked not to divulge anything," the troubled star said Tuesday of his potential comeback.

"Had they told me at the end of season 8 that that behavior wasn't going to be cool, I would have adjusted it," Sheen said, adding that he's not getting any syndication residuals since being fired and initiating litigation with Warner Bros. TV.

Denise Richards Flees U.S. to Avoid Charlie Sheen's Rage

After a disastrous start to his 'Violent Torpedo Of Truth, Defeat Is Not An Option' tour in Detroit and a slightly improved performance in Chicago, Charlie Sheen is looking to lash out and blame someone for his failure. This time it won't be ex-wife Denise Richards.

"Denise doesn't want to get dragged into any of this and has taken herself and her girls far away to the Bahamas on vacation," a friend of Charlie's tells me. "Whenever things go bad for Charlie he always lashes out at Denise. This time she took no chances and fled the country before he even stepped foot on stage."
At Sheen's first performance, on Saturday evening, the crowd was already restless, booing the opening comic off stage before Charlie appeared. Once the former 'Two and a Half Men' star appeared, his standing ovation quickly gave way to boos and attendees walking out and demanding refunds.

The new biggest fear for Team Sheen is that bad word of mouth will affect the already tepid ticket sales in the following cities.

"What will most likely happen is discounts will be offered to Ticketmaster's email list and bulk sales groups like Groupon," an A-list tour promoter tells me. "Groupon does mass email to their buyers in specific zip codes, offering deep discounts and taking a hefty percentage for providing the service. On most of these services, you don't know about it unless you previously bought something and are on their mass email list. In other words, you probably just couldn't go to the Ticketmaster website and find the discounted tickets."

But it's not just ticket sales that are a concern. Friends of Charlie's warn that the actor's ego will not tolerate half-empty houses and bad audience reaction for long.

"Charlie has a hard time when confronted with reality," a friend of the actor tells me. "He would rather cancel the whole tour and blame it on bad promoters than admit he's not winning."

Which means Denise might be able to cut her getaway short, too. She might want to stick in the Bahamas a bit longer, though -- if Charlie is anything, it's unpredictable.

The troubled actor tweeted insults about Richards earlier this morning.

"We must bombard with Warlock Napalm, that traitor and loser whore #DUH-neese POOR-ards. a vile kidnapper and now dog thief. hate," he wrote on his account, which has more than 3 million followers.

'Scared' Denise Richards Ups Security After Charlie Sheen's 'Vile' Attack

Denise Richards is taking no chances when it comes to protecting herself and her daughters following Charlie Sheen's "vile" public attack on her, with sources telling me the 'Starship Troopers' beauty has "increased her security" at home.

"Denise and her girls live a simple life," an insider tells me. "She wants Sam and Lola to have normal lives, but after the recent threats and verbal attacks, she has increased her security. When you are dealing with a mad man, it's better to be safe than sorry."
We became aware of the most recent attacks from Charlie via Twitter, when he called Denise a "traitor and loser whore" and accused her of stealing his dogs. Friends of the pair tell me the hate isn't new, however -- it's been going on for months.

"How Denise has managed to keep all this secret for so long is a miracle," a friend of the former couple tells me. "If Charlie is willing to put those evil tweets out in public, you can only imagine what he has called Denise in private."

All of this started after Denise refused to allow Charlie to use their daughters as a photo opportunity in a TV interview he set up after his two sons with Brooke Mueller were removed from his custody last month. Since then, he has been on the attack, and it doesn't look like it will end any time soon.

"Denise has learned how to deal with the name calling, but once you start tweeting pictures of yourself with knives and saying you wished someone would die it's a totally different game," the pal says. "Denise is no longer angry -- she's scared."

You won't believe your senses! In 1989, Charlie Sheen wrote a poem about a warlock with Tigers blood and Adonis DNA. For some unknown reason, a film was produced based on this poem and Troma.com has found the footage. Some of the "killer" prose includes: “So what then was the ugly deed? A broken promise, petty greed? Did one depart with no remorse? Menstrual mood, unsigned divorce?” and “Daddy’s eyes on front-page news, mommy accuses innocent Jews."
